The 2,500 square foot basement spans the entire length of the house. It has 10 foot
ceilings and a fieldstone fireplace. It is suitable for a family and/or game room,
bathroom and guest room or plenty of storage space.
The basement also holds the heating system and hot water tanks. There is a
Viessmann boiler
with 15 radiant zones (seven on the main level, three in the basement
and five on the second level). Dual hot water tanks allow five showers
to occur simultaneous without hassle.
